These terms and conditions govern the use of the Gran Turia Premium Stays website and the booking process for our suites. The contractual relationship is established between you (the «Guest») and Bonanza Capital S.L. (the «Manager»).

When making a reservation through our website, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to form a contract. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is an essential requirement to complete any reservation.
3. Booking and Confirmation Process
Availability: Reservations are subject to the availability of our 9 suites.
Information Required: To process your reservation, you will be asked to provide essential personal information (full name, contact information, payment details). We are committed to ensuring that this information is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Spanish data protection legislation. Bonanza Capital S.L. will not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Reservation platform: Reservations and the management of stays are made through the property management platform. Avantio, which guarantees the security and protection of the transactional data and its stay.
Confirmation: Once the booking process is completed and the corresponding payment is made, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your stay. This confirmation constitutes proof of your reservation.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices: The prices of the suites are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise expressly stated. Prices may vary depending on the season, length of stay and current promotions.
Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods indicated on our booking platform. The full payment or the first payment (according to the policy of the chosen tariff) will be required at the time of booking.
Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed securely through authorized payment platforms.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Interruption in the web service due to force majeure or causes beyond our control.
Losses, theft or damage to personal belongings left in the suites or in the common areas.
Any damage or harm resulting from the Host’s improper use of the facilities.
10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Bonanza Capital S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on the website. Reservations already confirmed will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain, with express renunciation of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
